The Bridge travelled to Clonlara last Saturday week to play in the first round of the Junior B Championship in a confident mood following a good league campaign. They carried on their high scoring rate in the first half racing into a 10 points to 2 lead in glorious sunshine before the short whistle.

Some stern words and 5 changes in personnel saw Cratloe come out as a new team to hit the Bridge for 3 majors and produce a 12 point turnaround to win by 4. The Bridge have 2 more games (Whitegate & Tubber) left in their group in the championship to make the knock out stages.
