Sixmilebridge GAA Club in association with Sixmilebridge Folk Club is building on the success of their Winter festival "Preab-suas Gaeltacht" to initiate a regular monthly event for those interested in fostering the use of the Irish language. The monthly sessions will take place on the first Friday of each month at 9pm in Gallagher's Bar, Kilkishen. Previous events have been very engaging without any pressure on anyone to use or abuse the Gaeilge! The next session on the 1st of November features the well-known Uilleann Piper, Eugene Lamb along with the extraordinary box playing of Charlie Piggott.
