Last Saturday 21st May which was as typical an Irish weather day as you'll get where our under 8 Camogie girls started play under dull skies which was followed up with a flood from the sky & then finished in the bright Sunshine! The girls were competing in their first of this year's "Go Games" camogie blitz of the year.

Three clubs were involved which created a 6 team blitz - Clarecastle (2 teams), Parteen & ourselves (3 teams) as the hosts. Each team played 3 x 15 minute competitive games & there were some great displays from our Sixmilebridge girls across all three teams during these games.

Once the action was over all the players involved got a well deserved goodie bags for all their efforts.

The girls continue their training on a Tuesday & Thursday each week and are eagerly awaiting their next outing.
