Sixmilebridge 1-8 Kilmaley 3-9

Kilmaley accounted for SIxmilebridge in this U/16 championship game played in Sixmilebridge on Sunday afternoon. The first fifteen minutes of the game belonged to kilmaley's Killian Normoyle and Sixmilebridge's Eoin Flynn as they accounted for all their sides scores. At this point Kilmaley lead 2-1 to 1-2. The 1st half was evenly contested but Kilmaleys ability to score goals gave them the upper hand at half time on a scoreline of 3-3 to 1-5. Normoyle scoring his hat trick of goals for Kilmaleys third goal. The rest of Kilmaley points coming from Sean Malone and Niall Coote. The 'bridges coming from Shane Flynn, Eoin Flynn once again and a delightful point from Cathal Lynch.

The 2nd half proved to be alot less entertaining with Kilmaley keeping their advantage despite the best efforts of the 'bridge.
