U15A Kilmaley 3-17 Sixmilebridge 3-5
By Tom Sheehan (Bord na nOg PRO)
Kilmaley had a good win over Sixmilebridge at Clarecastle on Saturday morning in the PK travel u15A championship. Kilmaley led by 2-9 to 2-2 at the break with goals from Aidan Kennedy & Joseph Carmody for the winners Cathal Lynch & Aidan Whelan finding the net for the bridge. The bridge were guilty of giving away a lot of frees to Kilmaley in scoreable areas. The bridge made a game of this early in the second half when Patrick Mulready scored their 3rd goal. However Kilmaley finished the stronger and when Aidan Kennedy got his second gaol they were well on their way to the next round. Padraic McNamara, Sean Malone and Joe Carmody had fine games for the winners. With Patrick Mulready, Cathal Lynch, and Cathaoir Agnew doing well for the bridge.
