Our Junior B2 team came up against a formidable Inagh Kilnamona side in the first round of championship on Saturday. The Inagh Kilnamona side have been knocking on the door of winning the Junior B championship for the last few years so it was no surprise that they were as strong as they were.
The Bridge remained in the game for a long period of the first half, battling hard before Inagh Kilnamona pulled away in the last few minutes to lead at half time, 3-11 to 1-04.
In the second half, Inagh Kilnamona had the wind advantage and made full use of it adding another goal and nine points to their tally.
