A new management team is in place for this years championship, headed up by Martin Conlon. Martin will have plenty of help from the following coaches - Gerry O'Halloran, Declan Murphy, Jamie Keane, Kieran Liddane, Adrian Hogan, David Kennedy and Mikey Russell on Stats and Logistics. Best of luck to Martin, his backroom team and the players.
The U21A championship will feature 8 teams and the U21D championship will feature 9 teams. The Bridge last won the U21A championship in 2014 and have won the championship 15 times since their first in 1971.
Fixtures will be confirmed and announced in the coming weeks but it is expected that the championship will start on the weekend of the 11th of October next, with neutral venues for Rd. 1, followed by Home And Away fIxtures for Rd.2/3. Rd 2 fixtures to take place on the weekend of 25th October, Rd. 3 fixtures on weekend of 1st November and Semi Finals on weekend of 15th November (Top Team in Group with Home venue for Semi Final). Finals then to played on weekend of 29th November.
